Cowbell has launched new self-service capabilities for its Cowbell Resiliency Services (CRS), giving policyholders direct access to cybersecurity risk management tools from within their insurance dashboard. The update is aimed at small and mid-market businesses that want more control over how and when they activate security services tied to their cyber policies.Through the self-service platform, policyholders can browse available CRS offerings and request support without manual coordination. The catalog includes services such as managed detection and response, identity monitoring, and cybersecurity awareness training. Requests can be made in a few steps, reducing friction between identifying a gap and taking action to address it.All services available through the platform have been reviewed by Cowbell’s cybersecurity team and come with pre-negotiated pricing. By embedding access directly into the policy experience, the company is positioning security services as an integrated part of cyber insurance rather than a separate, downstream process. The goal is to help organizations move faster when addressing emerging risks.Alongside the self-service launch, Cowbell is expanding CRS with COMPaaS-AI, a new AI governance and compliance service. Designed for organizations deploying AI systems, the offering focuses on ongoing alignment with evolving regulatory and industry frameworks, including NIST AI RMF and ISO 42001. The addition reflects growing demand for structured oversight as businesses bring AI models into production.
