Nomios Acquires Intragen to Strengthen Identity Security Across Europe

Nomios has acquired Intragen, a European specialist in Identity and Access Management (IAM), marking a major step in expanding its cybersecurity portfolio. Supported by Keensight Capital, the move brings together Nomios’ established cybersecurity services with Intragen’s identity expertise to deliver a broader, more integrated offering to clients across Europe.

The addition of Intragen strengthens Nomios’ three core service areas - consulting, professional services, and managed operations - by adding deep specialization in digital identity, privileged access management, and compliance. Intragen’s relationships with key identity vendors such as CyberArk, SailPoint, One Identity, and Okta, along with its 250-strong expert team, enhance Nomios’ ability to address one of the most pressing challenges in enterprise security: managing and protecting identities at scale.

For Nomios, this acquisition supports a continued shift toward high-value recurring services through its SOC, NOC, and VOC operations. The group now generates over half its revenue from its own services portfolio, reinforcing a steady growth model. Nomios’ expanding international footprint—with strong operations in France, the Netherlands, Italy, and the UK - positions it to deliver unified cybersecurity and identity services across the region.

The two companies will initially operate under a joint structure, with Intragen by Nomios maintaining its current leadership while aligning under Nomios’ broader strategy. This setup preserves expertise while opening up new career and growth opportunities across teams.
