Keysight Technologies has launched a partner program that allows MSSPs to use the company's products to deliver security posture services.

In doing so, MSSPs can protect their customers on-premises, cloud, edge, network, branch, home and Internet of Things (IoT) devices against cyberattacks, Keysight Technologies said in a prepared statement.

The MSSP partner program offers product and professional services discounts, network and IoT assessment capabilities, sales and technical training and preferential payment and contract terms, Keysight said. It also features two tiers that align with MSSPs' business goals and provide MSSPs with opportunities to cross-sell products and build new services.

Commenting on his company's MSSP partner program, Scott Register, Keysight's vice president of Security Solutions, said:

"People, processes and technology can't always be perfect. With attackers looking to exploit any weakness, it's important for organizations to proactively shorten the window of opportunity for adversaries. Keysight provides the proactive capabilities for MSSPs to rapidly find, remediate and validate their customers’ exploitable security vulnerabilities — before they become headline news."

Keysight Technologies Enhances Threat Simulator Breach and Attack Simulation (BAS) Solution

To provide MSSPs with additional tools to protect their customers, Keysight now offers consumption-based pricing with its Threat Simulator offering.

Threat Simulator provides MSSPs with breach and attack simulations for the cyber kill chain, software threats and advanced persistent threats (APTs), Keysight indicated. The solution utilizes Structured Threat Information eXpression (STIX) and JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) indicators of compromise (IOC) to identify and remediate threats. It also offers on-premises hosting and cloud-based hosting.

What MSSPs Need to Know About Keysight Technologies

In addition to Threat Simulator, Keysight offers a variety of network testing and security services, including:

  • Application and Threat Intelligence Subscription uses data feeds to capture application and threat intelligence.
  • Cyber Range offers a controlled environment for security professionals to test their organization's security posture.
  • IoT Security Assessment looks for security vulnerabilities across an organization's IoT devices.

Keysight supports organizations in the communications, industrial automation, aerospace and defense, automotive, semiconductor and general electronics sectors. It offers "design, emulation and test solutions to help engineers develop and deploy faster, with less risk," according to the company.

Meanwhile, Keysight recorded $1.38 billion in revenue in the first quarter of fiscal year 2023. Keysight is projecting its revenue to fall between $1.37 billion and $1.39 billion in 2QFY23.
