HYCU Unveils Ransomware Services and Certification Program for MSSPs, MSPs

Cyber Security, Phishing, E-Mail, Network Security, Computer Hacker, Cloud Computing

HYCU, a multi-cloud data protection solutions provider, has launched a ransomware assessment and recovery services and certification program for MSPs, MSSPs and CSPs.

The ransomware assessment and recovery services and certification program enables HYCU partners to deliver ransomware recovery readiness assessments to customers, the company said. That way, HYCU partners can help customers reduce the risks associated with ransomware attacks.

How Does the Program Work?

The program provides HYCU partners with the ability to perform a complete assessment of a customer's preparedness to recover from a ransomware attack, the company indicated. From here, partners can receive a specialized consultative version of an R-Score, which helps an organization identify and measure its ability to recover from a ransomware attack.

In addition, the program lets HYCU partners give customers recommendations to increase their R-Score, the company stated. This ensures partners can help customers guard against current and emerging ransomware attacks and other cyber threats.

The program also provides HYCU partners with access to ransomware attack preparedness training and support, the company noted. Partners can use the training and support to perform ransomware assessments and deliver ransomware readiness services that meet customers' requirements.

HYCU's ransomware assessment and recovery services and certification program is now available. To date, KloudData, 1st Basis, Incentro and other HYCU partners have joined the program.

Introducing HYCU's Global Partner Program

The ransomware assessment and recovery services and certification program launch comes after HYCU in November 2021 announced its PACE (Partners Accelerating Cloud Environments) global partner program.

PACE empowers MSSPs, MSPs and CSPs to deploy and manage backup and recovery as a service regardless of cloud or location, HYCU said. It includes purpose-built tracks for MSSPs, MSPs and CSPs to help these partners deliver multi-cloud data management, protection and recovery.

HYCU provides multi-cloud backup and recovery as a service across on-premises and cloud environments. The company supports more than 2,800 customers worldwide.
