Fast-growing fintech, cyber insurance and MDR (managed detection and response) provider Acrisure has acquired and tucked two MSPs into its Cyber Services division. The acquisitions -- involving Catalyst Technology Group and ITS Inc. -- further converge the MSSP, MSP, MDR and cyber insurance markets.These are technology M&A deals number 669 and 670, respectively, that MSSP Alert and sister site ChannelE2E have covered so far in 2022. Terms of the deals were not disclosed.Catalyst Technology Group, based in Indianapolis, Indiana, offers IT support to small-and-medium size businesses. The company, founded in 2002, has 11-50 employees, according to its LinkedIn profile.ITS, also founded in 2002, is based in Bar Mills, Maine and employs 21 people, according to a company profile.
