CyberProof, a Top 200 MSSP for 2019, has acquired Spanish cybersecurity company Necsia Cybersecurity for an undisclosed sum. The company will integrate Necsia's managed detection and response (MDR) offerings into its security services portfolio.

Necsia will become a regional hub for CyberProof's global security operations, the companies stated. Also, Necsia will continue to serve its current customers.

Necsia offers MDR services, security consulting for industry compliance and security assessments. Furthermore, Necsia supports customers in banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI), retail and technology market segments. In doing so, Necsia extends CyberProof's reach in these sectors.

CyberProof Integrates with Microsoft Azure Sentinel

CyberProof has also been active on the cloud partnership front. The company in March 2019 announced a Microsoft Azure Sentinel integration.

The Sentinel integration enables CyberProof customers to leverage Microsoft's security information and event management (SIEM) solution to automate threat detection and incident response and recovery. They also can use the integration to access security insights via the Microsoft Intelligence Security Graph.

CyberProof helps organizations manage incident detection and response. It provides event monitoring, managed response and other managed security services that leverage security operations center (SOC) automation technologies to provide visibility into cyber threats.

Meanwhile, CyberProof offers the SeeMo SOC platform to help organizations keep pace with evolving cyber threats. CyberProof also has partnered with Cymulate, Skybox Security and other cybersecurity companies and enabled them to integrate SeeMo into their offerings.
