Cybersecurity Acquisition: ReachOut Buys MSP Ind Corp for $6.6M
ReachOut Technology, a cybersecurity and IT services provider and publicly held MSP, has purchased Ind Corporation for $6.6 million.
This is technology M&A deal number 848 that MSSP Alert and sister site ChannelE2E have covered so far in 2022.
ReachOut, founded in 2010, is based in Mokena, Illinois. The company has 11 employees listed on LinkedIn. ReachOut’s areas of expertise include cybersecurity, cloud services and IT management and consulting.
Ind Corp, founded in 1997, is based in Whippany, New Jersey. The company has 718 employees listed on LinkedIn. Ind Corp’s areas of expertise include cybersecurity, IT consulting and managed services.
ReachOut Eyes MSP Acquisitions
Ind Corp is ReachOut’s first acquisition. It supports ReachOut’s mission to become “a household name for cybersecurity and IT services” and the “premier MSP in North America,” the company said.
ReachOut is looking to acquire MSPs with up to $5 million in annual revenues, the company noted. The company is targeting MSPs in Florida, Texas, California and Illinois.
In addition, ReachOut intends to acquire more than 40 MSPs over the next two years, the company indicated. This will help the company gain market share and deliver cybersecurity and IT services to businesses and consumers across the United States.
