Focus Digital Technology has acquired cybersecurity and managed IT service provider Iridium Global. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
This is technology M&A deal number 913 that MSSP Alert and sister site ChannelE2E have covered so far in 2022.
Blending IT Solutions, Systems Integration and Managed Security Services
Focus Digital Technology Group of Singapore is the holding company for three businesses:
- Focus Computer, an IT systems integration and VAR solution provider;
- Focus Digitech, a deep-tech digital transformation services provider; and
- Cybernatics, a SaaS-based Cybersecurity Asset Attack Surface Management (CAASM) company.
The latest addition, Iridium Global, is a cybersecurity company that offers consultancy, audit and managed security services. MSSP Alert could not find additional information about the seller.
