MSSP Hire: Accenture Adds Aaron Faulkner to Lead Federal Cyber Practice

Accenture, a Top 200 MSSP for 2019, has hired Aaron Faulkner as U.S. Public Sector Cybersecurity Practice Lead at Accenture Federal Services (AFS), according to a prepared statement. In this role, Faulkner is expected to lead the design, development and delivery of cybersecurity solutions for AFS's U.S. federal defense and civilian agency customers.

Faulkner has more than 18 years of experience in the delivery of technology and cybersecurity solutions to public sector and commercial organizations. He most recently served as VP of cybersecurity at ECS, a science, engineering, cybersecurity and advanced technology solutions provider. Faulkner also served as chief strategy officer and VP for business development at InfoReliance, which ECS acquired in 2017.

The AFS Federal Cyber practice helps government agencies identify and eliminate cyber threats. It consists of a group of cybersecurity experts and leverages a variety of technologies to deliver cyber strategy and risk, cyber defense, managed security and other security services.
