Arctic Wolf turns exposure assessments into partner revenue

After expanding Agentic SOC with AI investigations and a $3 m cyber warranty, Arctic Wolf has also introduced the Cyber AI Readiness Accelerator, a partner-led program designed to help organizations identify security exposures and build a plan for reducing them.

The program combines Arctic Wolf’s attack surface management technology with partner-led consulting and remediation services. Partners can assess customer risk, prioritize exposures, and build follow-on security work.

A 30-day assessment built around exposure

The accelerator begins with a 30-day assessment of the customer’s environment. Partners use Arctic Wolf technology and data from existing vulnerability management tools to identify exposed assets, attack paths, and security gaps. Customers then receive a prioritized roadmap based on risk and business impact. It can include immediate remediation work and broader projects such as exposure management, MDR, endpoint security, and incident readiness.

The model gives partners a clear starting point while allowing them to lead the engagement and shape the services around it.

Will May, chief revenue officer at Arctic Wolf, told MSSP Alert, “The Cyber AI Resilience Accelerator pilot is a 30-day out-of-the-box partner-led engagement. Partners bring the customer relationship, lead the engagement, and wrap their own consulting and remediation services around the assessment."

“The primary value for partners is the ability to create value-add, services-led engagements that help customers understand and reduce their exposure while creating opportunities for follow-on remediation and broader security operations initiatives.”

That model gives partners room to shape the work around their own service capabilities and existing customer relationships. They can use the assessment as an entry point for remediation projects, recurring exposure reviews, or a broader managed security engagement.

Connecting data from existing security tools

Many organizations already use multiple vulnerability and security products, but the data often remains split across separate tools, which makes it harder to build a complete view of the attack surface or know which findings need attention first.

The accelerator is built on Aurora Attack Surface Management, which Arctic Wolf says can connect with a range of third-party vulnerability management platforms.

“The Accelerator is built on Aurora Attack Surface Management and is designed to provide customers with a clear understanding of their attack surface and exposure across environments,” May said.

“Aurora Attack Surface Management has over 200 purpose-built integrations with API capability for additional third-party sources. Aurora Attack Surface Management is integration-friendly with all enterprise vulnerability management tools, including Rapid7, Tenable, Qualys, and Arctic Wolf’s own Aurora Vulnerability Management.”

A service opportunity beyond traditional MSP models

The program expands how Arctic Wolf partners can build services around the company’s products. Partners outside Arctic Wolf’s MSP and MSP Plus programs can use the accelerator to create consulting engagements, remediation projects and longer-term security programs. This will give resellers, consultants, and security providers another entry point into customer accounts.

The accelerator follows a series of investments in Arctic Wolf’s MSP program, including multi-tenant administration, reporting APIs, patch management integrations and additional endpoint and mobile security services.

Arctic Wolf said its MSP business has grown about 60% year over year, while the number of MSPs transacting with the company has nearly doubled. The Cyber AI Readiness Accelerator gives that channel push by giving a broader group of partners a services-led way to work with Arctic Wolf technology.
