Blumira Strengthens MSP Program with New Integrations, Certifications, and Growth Support

Blumira, cybersecurity provider focused on small and medium-sized businesses with its threat monitoring and response platform, has announced a series of targeted enhancements to its Managed Service Provider (MSP) partner program, reinforcing its long-standing focus on supporting the channel. The updates reflect Blumira’s continued investment in MSP-centric features, team alignment, and educational resources to help partners scale security offerings in a crowded market.

Among the most notable additions are new product integrations aimed at streamlining incident response. These include a ConnectWise PSA integration and Microsoft 365 threat response features, designed to help MSPs act faster across client environments. Blumira also plans to expand API integrations and introduce new reporting capabilities to enable more efficient client management—tools that will be rolled out over the course of 2025.

To ensure MSP partners receive ongoing support, Blumira has established dedicated roles for partner enablement and relationship management, while also realigning its product and engineering teams to maintain an MSP-first roadmap. The goal is to create a tighter feedback loop between product development and partner needs, making it easier for MSPs to navigate and deploy Blumira’s platform.

Blumira is also launching new training and certification programs, including interactive courses for sellers and security professionals. These initiatives are backed by group training webinars and a Not-For-Resale license program. To recognize partner performance, semi-annual awards will spotlight achievements in areas such as threat resolution and platform utilization. Additionally, a co-marketing fund and an upcoming MSP marketplace are designed to support business growth and help smaller MSPs reach new customers.
