CrowdStrike has brought to market a new version of its Falcon Go cybersecurity platform, tailored for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and aimed at neutralizing ransomware attacks and preventing data breaches.
CrowdStrike says it's easy for SMBs to deploy platform and thereby stop the modern cyberattacks that ineffective antivirus products miss. CrowdStrike is positioning the cybersecurity offering as bringing artificial intelligence-powered cybersecurity to organizations of all sizes and “setting the new standard” in SMB cybersecurity.
What CrowdStrike Falcon Go Offers SMBs
According to CrowdStrike, the new release of Falcon Go offers SMBs the following benefits:
- Deploys immediately. Pre-configured protection makes it easy to immediately deploy, secure and manage devices.
- Verifies protection. A unified home screen shows device protection, threat activity and product efficacy in stopping attacks.
- Stops data theft. Full visibility and control of USB media prevents accidental and intentional exfiltration of company data.
Traditional antivirus used by SMBs can’t keep up with ransomware and cyberattacks that continue to escalate in volume and sophistication. As Daniel Bernard, chief business officer at CrowdStrike, explained:

CrowdStrike Debuts MSSP Partner Program
Two months ago, CrowdStrike introduced the Accelerate partner program to teach managed security service providers (MSSPs), managed service providers (MSPs) and other technology providers how to use the Falcon platform to protect their customers against cyberattacks.
CrowdStrike also launched the CrowdStrike Marketplace, which lets Falcon customers discover, try and buy complementary security solutions from technology market leaders and disruptors.
