Privileged access management, Zero trust

Keeper Security Integrates with CrowdStrike Falcon Next-Gen SIEM for Stronger Threat Detection

Keeper Security has announced a new integration with CrowdStrike that gives security teams greater visibility into privileged access activity and faster ways to detect and respond to threats. The integration connects Keeper’s Privileged Access Management platform, KeeperPAM, with CrowdStrike Falcon Next-Gen SIEM, the AI-powered foundation of modern security operations centers.

Security teams often struggle with fragmented data and limited visibility into privileged accounts, which are prime targets for attackers.

Rachel Gessner, Product Manager at Keeper Security, explained to MSSP Alert that the integration "delivers real-time visibility into password and privileged access events that security teams typically struggle to monitor at scale."

Gessner highlgihted that "by pushing detailed KeeperPAM activity, like credential usage, admin actions and anomalies, into Falcon Next-Gen SIEM, SOC analysts can detect misuse faster and investigate with more context. The combination of Falcon’s AI-driven detections with Keeper’s granular password and privileged access data significantly improves detection and response compared to standard log integrations.”

Falcon Next-Gen SIEM consolidates threat intelligence and automates detection and response across both native CrowdStrike data and third-party integrations. With Keeper’s Advanced Reporting and Alerts Module (ARAM) feeding logs and alerts into Falcon, teams can quickly investigate suspicious activity tied to privileged accounts. Customizable reporting makes it easier to see patterns, while automated workflows accelerate responses when incidents occur.

Compliance Benefits

Regulatory requirements demand precise documentation of privileged account activity. The joint solution also makes it easier for organizations to maintain that visibility.

Gessner noted, "Audit readiness often comes down to having clear, detailed records of privileged activity. With this integration, Keeper’s Advanced Reporting and Alerts Module (ARAM) provides comprehensive logs that feed directly into Falcon Next-Gen SIEM, where they can be filtered, visualized and exported to meet regulatory requirements. Customers gain a single source of truth for privileged access events, making it far easier to demonstrate compliance without slowing down their operations.”

Streamlining Operations for MSPs and MSSPs

Managed service providers (MSPs) and managed security service providers (MSSPs) face constant pressure to cut costs and simplify SOC operations.

Gessner highlighted how this integration addresses those challenges.

“MSPs and MSSPs don’t want heavy integrations that add more management overhead. This integration is cloud-native, can be configured in just minutes and doesn’t require new agents or infrastructure. By unifying privileged access data inside Falcon Next-Gen SIEM, it reduces manual correlation work, lowers false positives and allows analysts to focus on high-value alerts. That translates directly into reduced SOC workload, faster time-to-value and better ROI for customers.”
