Today’s MSSP Alert Market News:

1. MSSP Partner Program Launches: AttackIQ, a breach and attack simulation vendor and founding research partner of MITRE Ingenuity Center for Threat-Informed Defense (CTID), has launched the AttackIQ MSSP Partner Program. The program will provide MSSPs with solutions that empower them to become a trusted advisor in breach and attack simulation, the company said. MSSP partners can take AttackIQ Flex and Ready! directly to market under a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model structured to minimize operational overhead and maximize sales and profitability.

2. Market Expansion: Open XDR specialist Stellar Cyber has entered into a strategic partnership with Orca Technology, a distributor in the Australia and New Zealand region. The collaboration enables Stellar Cyber to expand its presence in Australia as Orca Tech strengthens its cybersecurity portfolio. Orca Tech will distribute the Stellar Cyber Open XDR platform, providing organizations in Australia with access to advanced threat detection, rapid response, and centralized management capabilities, the companies said.

3. MSSP Partner Program Adds Member: Happiest Minds Technologies announced that it has joined the Secureworks Global MSSP Partner program to meet the growing customer demand for extended detection and response (XDR) services across the globe.

4. Red Sox Choose Cybersecurity Partner: Centripetal, a specialist in intelligence-powered cybersecurity, has been selected as the Official Cyber Network Security Partner for the Boston Red Sox and Fenway Park. Under the multi-year partnership, Centripetal will protect the Boston Red Sox by deploying its CleanINTERNET solution at Fenway Park and their training facilities. Recognizing the unique needs of the Boston Red Sox, Centripetal is customizing its CleanINTERNET solution to address vulnerabilities unique to the sporting and entertainment industry, the company said.

5. Ransomware Theat Protection: NetApp has unveiled cyber resiliency capabilities that equips customers to better protect and recover their data in the face of ransomware threats. NetApp integrates AI and machine learning directly into enterprise primary storage to fight ransomware in real time. NetApp protects both primary and secondary data for organizations whether it is stored on-premises or in the cloud, the company said.

6. Cyber Range Training Offer: Cloud Range, a cyber range solution provider, has launched Cybersecurity Incident Commander Training. Offered for a limited time at no cost, the training is tailored to those managing incidents in the security operations center (SOC). The comprehensive, two-part training process gives security professionals deep knowledge and hands-on experience that equips them to be an effective "Incident Commander."

7. Partner Program Adds Benefits: Barracuda Networks, a specialist in cloud security solutions, has announced new enhancements to the Barracuda Partner Success Program, aimed at increasing partner margin and profitability and expanding technical enablement for channel partners and distributor. A key differentiated element of the program is Barracuda's support for reseller partners across multiple routes to market — resale, MSP, and marketplaces — providing reseller partners with benefits and resources based on their total sales contribution, the company said.

8. Threat Intelligence Collaboration: VulnCheck, an exploit intelligence specialist, is partnering with Cyware, a threat intelligence management, security collaboration and orchestrated response company. VulnCheck will integrate its exploit intelligence solutions with Cyware’s Threat Intelligence Exchange (CTIX) to help enterprise customers rapidly identify and prioritize vulnerabilities, reduce response times, gain threat context and minimize risk exposure, the companies said.

9. MSP Compliance Program Debuts: MSPAlliance, a global industry association and certification body for the cybersecurity, cloud computing and MSP industry, has announced new enhancements to its Cyber Verify compliance program. Cyber Verify is designed to help MSPs achieve compliance, operational maturity, improve cybersecurity and deliver compliance-as-a-service solutions to an increasingly diverse and complex customer base.
