Today’s MSSP Alert Market News:

1. Developer Security Product Launch: Legit Security, a platform provider for managing application security, has launched its enterprise secrets scanning product, which can detect, remediate and prevent secrets exposure across the software development pipeline. Security teams can now identify, remediate and prevent the exposure of secrets across developer tools, such as GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Docker images, Confluence, Jira and more, the company said.

2. Attack Surface Security Partnership: Claroty, a cyber-physical systems (CPS) protection company, and Axonius, a cybersecurity asset management and SaaS management specialist, have announced a new partnership that combines technologies to bring enterprise attack surface management to all assets across an organization's networks, including IT, cloud and the Extended Internet of Things (XIoT). By combining Claroty's knowledge of CPS environments with Axonius' 1,000-plus integrations that extend to the cloud, customers gain a unified view and profile of all assets across environments.

3. Cyber Risk Partnership: DeNexus, a specialist in cyber risk quantification and management for operational technology (OT) and industrial control systems (ICS), is partnering with Cipher Security, an xMDR (managed detection and response) platform provider. This collaboration focuses on operational technology and industrial control systems cyber risks in the realm of industrial and physical critical infrastructure, DeNexus said.

4. SC Awards Seeks Entries: Entry is now open for the 27th SC Awards. SC Media, a CyberRisk Alliance brand, invites cybersecurity companies and individuals to nominate innovators, leaders and the groundbreaking work of security teams and assert their position at the pinnacle of cybersecurity excellence. The 2024 SC Awards program runs from March 26 to May 31, 2024.

5. Data Security Launch, Funding Round: Bedrock Security, a data security company, has unveiled its comprehensive data security platform, powered by a data AI reasoning engine. The company also announced $10 million in Seed Funding led by Greylock.

6. Cyber Transformation Partnership: CrowdStrike and HCLTech, a global technology company, have formed a strategic partnership to power HCLTech’s MDR solutions with the CrowdStrike Falcon XDR platform. The partnership will empower HCLTech to deliver the breadth of the Falcon platform, assisting organizations in cybersecurity transformation across device, identity, cloud, data and next-gen SIEM, led and managed by HCLTech, the companies said.

7. AI Security Collaboration: Check Point Software, a cybersecurity platform provider, has announced a collaboration with Microsoft that applies the Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service to enhance Check Point Infinity AI Copilot. Infinity AI Copilot is a generative AI service that uses automation to accelerate security administration up to 90% and increase security effectiveness through faster incident mitigation and response, Check Point said.

8. New Cyber Center Opens: BlackBerry has opened a Cybersecurity Center of Excellence in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The center will deliver cybersecurity training and cyber threat intelligence to help Malaysia and partners in the region better prevent, deter and respond to cyber threats facing governments and organizations in the Indo-Pacific region, the company said.

9. Supply Chain Security Partner Program: Eclypsium, a digital supply chain security company, has launched the Eclypsium Global Partner Program. The program is focused on helping partners succeed in the digital supply chain security marketplace.
