Securonix Acquires ThreatQuotient to Deliver Unified Threat Intelligence and AI-Powered SIEM

Securonix has acquired ThreatQuotient in a strategic move to combine behavioral analytics and agentic AI with curated external threat intelligence. The integration pushes Securonix beyond SIEM into a unified TDIR platform built for real-time context, automation, and scale across both enterprise and MSSP environments.

It tackles a long-standing problem in security operations: fragmented tools that slow response and flood analysts with noise. With ThreatQuotient’s threat intelligence now embedded directly into Securonix’s workflows, teams get deeper visibility, faster resolution, and fewer moving parts, no bolt-on tools, no disconnected systems.

According to Kash Shaikh, CEO and President of Securonix, the move is designed to differentiate the platform in a crowded SIEM market. “Many competitors offer basic threat intel integrations, but they often require manual tuning or operate as disconnected components. With ThreatQuotient, we now deliver curated intelligence directly into detection workflows, enriched with both internal telemetry and global threat context. Combined with agentic AI for triage and prioritization, this allows analysts to act with greater precision.”

The integration enables several key enhancements:

  • Real-Time Enrichment and Prioritization: ThreatQ curates intelligence from multiple sources and applies contextual relevance automatically, reducing false positives and streamlining triage.
  • Community-Driven Intelligence: Organizations can share insights across industries using ThreatQ’s community model, enhanced by Securonix Threat Labs.
  • MSSP-Ready Architecture: ThreatQ’s flexible deployment model and 450+ integrations support multi-tenancy and modular scaling, ideal for managed service providers.
  • SOAR and TIP Synergy: The combination of threat intelligence and automation logic tightens the loop from detection to response, improving investigation workflows and containment actions.
  • Importantly, Securonix is maintaining full support for existing ThreatQuotient users, including those who operate the platform in standalone mode or alongside other SIEM solutions. There will be no forced migrations, contract changes, or interface disruptions. Agentic AI features will remain optional, and users can continue their current workflows without retraining.

“We’ve committed to preserving ThreatQ’s brand and product experience under ‘ThreatQuotient, a Securonix Company,’” said Shaikh. “Customers gain access to a broader roadmap and deeper R&D investment, on their terms.”

Together, the two companies are delivering a platform designed for the realities of modern security operations: faster response, unified context, and flexible deployment. This marks a step forward for organizations seeking outcome-driven security strategies that scale.
