Syncro Offers Acronis Backup Solutions to MSPs

Syncro, which provides a professional services automation (PSA) and remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform for MSPs, has announced a partnership with Acronis.

With the partnership, Syncro will offer Acronis' backup and storage management solutions from within its platform, the companies said.

Syncro Gives MSPs a New Revenue Stream

Together, Syncro and Acronis "make life easier for MSPs and help them generate more revenue, all while better protecting their clients," Syncro CEO Emily Glass stated.

Syncro and Acronis provide MSPs with solutions that they can to protect their customers against cyberattacks, the businesses indicated. They enable MSPs to use backup and anti-ransomware technologies to eliminate gaps in their customers' cyber defenses.

In addition, Syncro and Acronis enable MSPs to offer backup and storage management solutions across many areas, including:

  • Workstations
  • Servers
  • Virtual machines (VMs)
  • Databases
  • Applications
  • Cloud workloads

What Acronis Offers Syncro's MSP Partners

Acronis provides Syncro's MSP partners with access to its Cyber Protect suite, the companies noted. That way, these partners can offer cloud backup services and help their customers protect their data across their cloud environments.

Also, Syncro's MSP partners can leverage direct technical support from Acronis, the companies stated.

Syncro's platform combines PSA, RMM and remote access capabilities, the company indicated. The platform's features include:

  • Single dashboard for all of an MSP's tools
  • Cross-platform support, giving MSPs the ability to pull and combine data from multiple sources
  • Flat per-user pricing that enables MSPs to install the platform across all of their PC and Mac endpoints

More than 4,000 MSPs are currently using Syncro's platform and more than 50 platform integrations are available, the company stated.
