The merger combines Tozny's integrated identity and access management (IAM), privileged access management (PAM), key management and data encryption solutions with OneIDLab's Secure Remote Access and advanced decentralized identity token solutions, the companies said. In doing so, the merger allows Tozny to deliver a cybersecurity platform that organizations can use to secure and manage their identities, data and keys with a zero trust architecture. Furthermore, the OneIDLab merger comes after Tozny in April 2022 added $2.2 million in a seed funding round. Tozny will use the funding to accelerate its product development and sales efforts, the company indicated.
