7AI has launched PLAID ELITE, a fully managed AI-native security operations service that combines autonomous investigation, threat hunting, and analyst oversight. The company also said it will add 100 AI jobs at its Boston headquarters in 2026, across AI security engineering, product, and go-to-market roles. The launch comes as 7AI tries to show that agentic security is moving from concept to production. The company said its AI agents have processed more than 7 million investigations across customer environments, handling alert ingestion, enrichment, triage, investigation, and response work. 7AI also reported 3x quarter-over-quarter customer growth and a 6.5x increase in channel pipeline over three quarters. The service is aimed at organizations that want continuous security operations without building or expanding an internal SOC team. 7AI said the offering pairs AI agents that investigate security activity continuously with security analysts who provide oversight and response governance. The company said customers have reported 95% to 99% reductions in false positives and investigation times, moving from hours to minutes. The partner angle is central to the launch. 7AI said 45% of its pipeline now comes through channel partners, with partner-registered wins up 7x quarter over quarter. The company is also listed on AWS Marketplace and has been accepted into the AWS ISV Accelerate program. For MSSPs and security partners, PLAID ELITE adds another option for packaging AI-led investigation and managed SOC support into customer environments.
