ArmorPoint has partnered with Socium Solutions to bring managed cybersecurity services to mid-market organizations in highly regulated sectors. The partnership combines ArmorPoint’s 24/7 SOC and XDR capabilities with Socium’s work across risk assessments, vCISO services, managed IT, and security advisory.The partnership is aimed at organizations in industries such as oil and gas, healthcare, and manufacturing, where security and compliance needs are high but internal resources are often limited. Many mid-market companies still rely on a mix of point tools, manual processes and compliance-first security programs. ArmorPoint and Socium are positioning the combined offering as a more structured way to deliver continuous threat detection, response and cybersecurity program management.For Socium customers, the main addition is operational coverage. ArmorPoint brings managed detection and response, a U.S.-based SOC and SIEM capabilities that can support ongoing monitoring across customer environments. That gives Socium a way to extend beyond advisory and compliance support into day-to-day security operations.ArmorPoint is using its partner program to help MSPs, MSSPs and resellers offer managed security without building their own SOC. For mid-market customers, especially those in regulated or developing markets, the value comes down to access. They get a path to more mature security operations, alignment with frameworks such as NIST and ISO, and continuous monitoring without having to hire and operate a full internal security team.
