Bitwarden partners with Leader Cloud for Australian distribution

Cybersecurity software vendor Bitwarden has appointed Leader Cloud as its distribution partner in Australia. This collaboration aims to expand the reach of Bitwarden's credential security solutions across the Australian market, following insights from Arn Net.

The partnership will integrate Bitwarden's portfolio, including password management, secrets management, and passwordless authentication, into Leader Cloud's existing ecosystem. This ecosystem comprises managed service providers (MSPs), IT resellers, system integrators (SIs), and cloud-focused partners serving small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs), enterprises, and government clients. Through Leader Cloud, these partners will gain access to Bitwarden's offerings, which are designed to protect credentials for users, developers, and machine identities. Bitwarden's solutions utilize end-to-end, zero-knowledge encryption to secure sensitive data.

The open-source technology, flexible deployment options, and administrative capabilities are intended to help organizations manage credentials securely at scale. This move is expected to enhance identity protection and simplify credential management for Australian organizations, complementing Leader Cloud's existing cybersecurity offerings and enabling partners to deliver improved security outcomes.
