BlinkOps has secured $50 million in Series B funding to grow its cybersecurity platform built around “micro-agents” - custom, task-specific automation tools that help security teams operate faster and with less manual overhead. The round was led by O.G. Venture Partners, with participation from existing backers Lightspeed, Hetz Ventures, and Vertex Growth. This brings the company’s total investment to $90 million.

The funding comes just months after BlinkOps launched its Security Micro-Agent Builder, which allows organizations to design and deploy no-code agents for tasks like identity management, patching, alert triage, and device control. Interest has surged, especially from large enterprises, prompting BlinkOps to move quickly on its next round of funding.

What sets BlinkOps apart is the level of flexibility it offers without requiring custom development. The platform includes tens of thousands of integrations and workflow templates, making it easy for security teams to spin up agents that not only automate single tasks, but also work together to handle more complex operations. It’s this modular, interoperable approach that’s resonating with enterprises trying to scale security without hiring armies of analysts.

For MSSPs, the appeal lies in flexibility and speed. Rather than hard-coding scripts or relying on one-size-fits-all automation, providers can build and deploy micro-agents tailored to each client’s environment, without spinning up dedicated engineering teams. Agents can also collaborate to support more complex workflows, helping MSSPs improve detection and response outcomes without adding staff.
