Noma Raises $100M to Expand AI Agent Security Platform

Noma Security has secured $100 million in Series B funding to push forward its work in securing AI agents at scale. The round, led by Evolution Equity Partners, follows a period of sharp growth for the company, which came out of stealth just last year. With customers already in production across sectors like financial services, life sciences, and tech, Noma is positioning itself as a central player in the emerging AI security space.

The funding arrives as more enterprises begin to experiment with agentic AI, prompting new concerns about security and governance. A recent UBS report suggests most large organizations plan to adopt AI agents in the next few years, adding urgency to the need for solutions that can both manage and secure these deployments. Noma’s platform is designed to help security teams identify and address risks across large volumes of AI activity - from prompt traffic to model environments and code repositories.

This latest round will support continued platform development and help scale operations in North America and EMEA. The company is also growing its R&D and research teams in Tel Aviv. Expansion plans include deepening support for compliance and governance teams, as well as broader integrations with enterprise security workflows.

As the enterprise AI landscape evolves, so does the threat surface. Noma’s bet is that organizations don’t just need visibility into how AI is being used - they need a way to control and secure it at every layer. The company is building its platform with that goal in mind, aiming to meet CISOs where they are, and help them navigate what’s coming
