SentinelOne Launches Singularity XDR Marketplace

SentinelOne has announced the Singularity XDR Marketplace, an open application ecosystem that allows security teams to extend Singularity XDR platform capabilities across their IT stack.

The Singularity XDR Marketplace allows security teams to integrate their existing security tools into the Singularity XDR Platform, according to SentinelOne. That way, security teams can access data across disparate security solutions and obtain insights from shared security events without the need for custom business logic, code or complex configurations.

How Does the Singularity XDR Marketplace Work?

The Singularity XDR Marketplace lets security teams integrate their security tools into the Singularity XDR platform without coding or scripting, SentinelOne noted.

Security teams use the Singularity XDR platform in combination with solutions from various cybersecurity vendors, including:

  • Recorded Future: Automatically enriches, contextualizes and triages threats and indicators of compromise using intelligence from over 800,000 sources
  • Netskope: Delivers advanced threat protection from endpoints to the cloud
  • Splunk: Allows security teams to add detection, response, remediation and forensics layers to machine data streams from Splunk
  • IBM Security: Consolidates, correlates and aggregates log events and network flow data and tracks threat mitigation within the QRadar security information and event management (SIEM) solution

Security teams can leverage the Singularity XDR Marketplace to protect against machine-speed threats in real-time, SentinelOne indicated. In doing so, they can use the marketplace to help their organizations improve their security posture and increase the value of security spend.

SentinelOne Raises $267 Million, Could Launch an IPO in 2021

The Singularity XDR Marketplace announcement comes after SentinelOne in November 2020 raised $267 million at a $3 billion valuation. At this time, SentinelOne CEO Tomer Weingarten said his company could launch an IPO in 2021.

SentinelOne is a 100 percent channel-focused business. MSPs and MSSPs can use SentinelOne's autonomous security platform to prevent, detect and respond to cyber threats across endpoints, containers, cloud workloads and Internet of Things (IoT) devices.
