Binary Defense has integrated the Conceal ConcealBrowse zero trust browser solution into its managed detection and response (MDR) service to provide "enhanced early-stage detection and response capabilities at the endpoint," according to the companies.

Defending Against Malicious Code, Files

ConcealBrowse detects, defends and isolates malicious, unknown internet activity across an organization's applications, Conceal noted. The solution utilizes dynamic routing network and remote browser isolation technologies to hide and protect users' identities and ensures their browsing activity takes place in an isolated environment. As a result, any malicious code or files cannot execute on an organization's devices.

Commenting on what the partnership with Conceal means for his company's MDR customers, Dave Cronin, Binary Defense's head of Technical Alliances and M&A, said:

"Through our partnership with Conceal, we are integrating a top-notch security solution that stops threats at the browser level before they can steal user credentials, compromise data, infect the endpoint or stage additional attacks. We look forward to working with Conceal to bring this advanced security solution to our MDR customers, further enhancing their ability to thwart attacks before they pose a significant risk."

Conceal CEO Gordon Lawson added:

"We look forward to partnering with Binary Defense to add to their cybersecurity arsenal to help detect and defend against browser-based threats and ransomware."

Conceal Is Expanding Through Partnerships

The Binary Defense pact comes after Conceal previously announced partnerships with several technology and cybersecurity providers in 2023:

ConcealBrowse can be added to existing security packages with minimal configuration, according to Conceal. It provides telemetry data that can be integrated with security information and event management (SIEM) tools and others.

Meanwhile, Conceal offers a partner program for MSSPs, MSPs and other technology providers. The company also continues to explore partnership opportunities.
