Cloudflare and TD SYNNEX are expanding their partnership to deliver managed security services tailored for the Latin American market. The move introduces a broader suite of cloud-native security offerings into TD SYNNEX’s portfolio, creating new opportunities for Managed Security Services Partners (MSSPs) to address rising cyber risks and infrastructure demands in the region.

Security teams across Latin America are grappling with fragmented vendor environments, limited resources, and surging demand from small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs). According to Carlos Torales, Cloudflare’s Vice President of Latin America, “We see local organizations having dozens of different cybersecurity vendors and this brings more complexities, putting cybersecurity management at risk, and simultaneously increases costs. Looking at the cost savings, customers adopting the entire Cloudflare suite are able to save about 50% over what they were spending versus trying to cobble together numerous, different solutions.”

This challenge is particularly acute among smaller organizations without dedicated security teams. “The demand for managed security services is accelerating in Latin American countries with prominent market domination of SMBs and small enterprises,” Torales added. “These organizations often don’t have the technical teams or resources needed to manage security across their operations. We partnered with TD SYNNEX to extend Cloudflare’s connectivity cloud platform so that we can bridge this gap for MSSPs, to have highly efficient operations and robust cybersecurity all while controlling operational costs.”

Cloudflare’s managed platform bundles security capabilities into a single interface, eliminating the need for MSSPs to integrate and support multiple tools across different environments. “The Cloudflare platform is available in a single interface making it simple for MSSPs to deploy and manage their customer’s security solutions with operational efficiency,” said Torales. “In fact, Cloudflare is the only company now offering a broad range of application services, network services, and SASE services on our own network through a single platform to MSSPs.”

Backed by Cloudflare’s global infrastructure—which spans 64 cities across Latin America and the Caribbean—the platform blocks threats autonomously and in real-time. “Our all-in-one managed solution is a gamechanger for businesses across Latin America as they are facing hybrid work environment complexities alongside dynamic threat landscapes,” Torales noted. “We have seen organizations striving to acquire complete threat protection and operational performance, and we have made it possible to achieve exactly that with our managed security services partnerships.”

For MSSPs, the combination of technical enablement from TD SYNNEX and operational scale from Cloudflare offers a unified solution designed for today’s fast-moving security landscape. A Forrester Consulting Total Economic Impact™ study commissioned by Cloudflare found that organizations leveraging the platform achieved a 238% ROI over three years—underscoring the long-term value of simplifying security operations through an integrated platform.
