KeeperMSP customers now can use the Gradient MSP Synthesize platform to "reconcile billing faster, more accurately and with less frustration," according to Keeper Security.
MSPs can use KeeperMSP to protect their customers' and their own passwords and data in secure, encrypted vaults, Keeper noted. They also can provision, manage and audit their customers from a central administrative console and maintain privacy and security policies for their users.
Meanwhile, Synthesize streamlines the billing process for KeeperMSP customers, Keeper said. Synthesize automates billing reconciliation from KeeperMSP. In addition, Synthesize can help KeeperMSP customers discover unbilled revenue.
How Gradient MSP Synthesize Works
MSPs can use Synthesize to identify and capture opportunities, Gradient indicated. The Gradient API integrates Synthesize into an MSP's professional services automation (PSA) tools. From here, they can automate billing reconciliation and make sure that they get paid for any services they sell.
Along with Keeper, more than 90 vendors have built Synthesize integrations, Gradient stated. Also, Synthesize is used by more than 1,000 MSPs globally.
Synthesize pricing tiers are based on an MSP's accounts with active contracts, Gradient pointed out. Pricing for Synthesize starts at $199 per month, with no contracts and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Keeper Security Continues to Build Partnerships
The Synthesize integration comes after Keeper in August 2023 announced an Influencer Program designed to promote its password management solution. Program participants can partner with Keeper to share their stories, insights and reviews of the company's password management solution, the business said. In doing so, they can earn money and teach people about the benefits of using this solution.
Previously, Keeper in July 2023 partnered with technology distributor Soft Solutions. With the partnership, Soft Solutions serves as an authorized distributor of Keeper's cybersecurity solutions in New Zealand, the companies stated.
Keeper offers cybersecurity software that protects passwords, privileged access, secrets and remote connections, the company indicated. This software is used by millions of people and thousands of companies around the world. MSSPs, MSPs and other technology providers can join Keeper's partner program to integrate the company's software into their portfolios.
