Logpoint Converged SIEM Delivers SOAR, UEBA Capabilities

Logpoint Converged SIEM -- which blends SIEM, SOAR and UEBA -- is now generally available. The offering provides MSSPswith a single platform for threat detection and response, Logpoint asserts.

Converged SIEM's trio of capabilities span:

  • Security information and event management;
  • security orchestration, automation and response (SOAR); and
  • user and entity behavior analytics (UEBA).

The overall system unifies threat detection and response across infrastructure, assets and endpoints, cloud platforms and applications, Logpoint indicated. Moreover, customer data in Converged SIEM is hosted inside the European Union or in the United States -- according to customers' compliance and privacy specifications, Logpoint stated.

The Converged SIEM announcement comes after Logpoint in September 2021 integrated SecBI SOAR and extended detection and response (XDR) technologies into its SIEM platform. Previously, Logpoint acquired SecBI in September 2021.
