Motorola Solutions has acquired
Delta Risk, a major MSSP (managed security services provider), according to an email announcement sent to existing and target customers.

In an email statement about the deal, Delta Risk said:
"Joining the Motorola Solutions team gives Delta Risk access to a broad set of resources and capabilities that will enhance the combined offerings and services we offer. For our existing customers, it will be business as usual going forward, and you can rest assured that continuing to provide a high level of service will remain a priority."
Pitchbook has also confirmed the deal.
Delta Risk is a
Top 250 MSSP for 2020 as well as a Security Operations Center as a Service (SOCaaS) provider. The MSSP also develops a SOAR (security orchestration, automation and response) platform called
ActiveEye.
Key Delta Risk partners include
VMware Carbon Black,
CrowdStrike. The MSSP also offers an
MSP partner program.
