High Wire Networks, a Top 250 MSSP, has moved its network operations centers (NOCs) and security operations centers (SOCs) to Batavia, Illinois, according to a prepared statement.

Previously, Hire Wire had most of its operations in Batavia with overflow work offshore, a company spokesperson told MSSP Alert. As of mid-January 2023, High Wire is 100% onshore and has "added extensive NOC capabilities," the spokesperson noted.

In addition, High Wire has "fully deployed" its Overwatch security orchestration, automation and response (SOAR) platform, the company said. The platform consolidates security alerts from threat prevention, detection and response platforms to help organizations speed up threat identification and remediation.

High Wire Networks Secures $1.2 Million Contract

Previously, a Fortune 500 healthcare company in January 2023 renewed its managed services contract with High Wire. This agreement exceeds the company's prior contract with High Wire by $600,000.

High Wire is providing the healthcare company with management of thousands of end-user compute (EUC) devices across its operations, the company said. It also is helping the company maintain HIPAA compliance.

Interest in High Wire Networks' Overwatch Platform Increasing

The number of enterprises and small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) utilizing Overwatch has increased by more than 430% over the past year, High Wire reported. High Wire now has over 1,000 enterprise and SMB customers worldwide.

Meanwhile, High Wire's MSP Partner Program includes more than 200 partners worldwide. These partners are using Overwatch to meet customer demand for "more manageable and effective cybersecurity solutions," High Wire indicated.

MSSPs can use Overwatch to deliver cybersecurity monitoring, protection and response services, High Wire noted. Overwatch supports High Wire's managed detection and response (MDR) and threat prevention solutions, including:

  • Endpoint detection and response (EDR)
  • Network detection and response (NDR)
  • Managed firewall
  • Patch management

High Wire operates exclusively through the channel. It also continues to explore MSP and MSSP partnerships.
