Protiviti, a global consulting firm, has purchased identity and access management (IAM) solutions provider Identropy. It also is expected to contribute to Protiviti's digital identity-as-a-service offering.In addition, Protiviti helps organizations leverage current or new systems to implement a secure identity environment, the company indicated.Identropy also runs three lines of business: advisory, implementation and managed services, the company indicated. In doing so, Identropy helps these organizations leverage its IAM offerings to achieve their compliance, security, cost containment and operational reliability goals.
