Master MSSP StratoZen Updates Cybersecurity Client Portal

Share

StratoZen, a master MSSP and security orchestration, automation and response (SOAR) platform provider, has launched the ZenSight 2.0 cybersecurity client portal.

ZenSight 2.0 enables StratoZen clients to view their cybersecurity incidents, organizational risk level, escalations from the company's security operations center (SOC) analysts and monitored assets, according to a prepared statement. The portal also allows StratoZen clients to drill down into cybersecurity incidents and risks, interact with the company's SOC team and retrieve security reports.

ZenSight 2.0 provides native multi-tenant support for MSPs, MSSPs and other channel partners, StratoZen stated. In doing so, service providers can allow their customers to access ZenSight 2.0 directly.

In addition, ZenSight 2.0 offers roll-up reporting, aggregate dashboards and consolidated ticket management for channel partners, StratoZen stated. It also provides a three-tier playbook system.

A Closer Look at the StratoZen Platform

StratoZen offers a SOAR platform that features modular, customizable components. As such, channel partners can integrate the platform into their existing tools, operations and teams.

The StratoZen platform offers a variety of security capabilities, including:

  • Security Information and Event Management-as-a-Service (SIEMaaS): Provides a turnkey SIEM solution that does not require a hardware or personnel investment for deployment, management or maintenance.
  • Security Operations Center-as-a-Service (SOCaaS): Delivers cyber threat analysis, incident investigation and response support.
  • (Co)Managed SIEM: Allows StratoZen to handle SIEM platform management, monitoring and maintenance while a channel partner retains administrator access to it.

StratoZen enables channel partners to deploy its platform across data centers or hosting or public cloud environments, the company noted. Furthermore, channel partners can use the StratroZen platform in combination with any security devices or endpoint software.
