Trustwave, a Top 100 MSSP for 2018 and 2017, has opened the SpiderLabs Fusion Center to help organizations track and address threat actors.The Fusion Center is a 6,000-square-foot, Chicago-based cybersecurity command center that serves as the central hub for Trustwave's Advanced Security Operations Centers (ASOCs), according to a the company. It deploys actionable threat intelligence to identify and eliminate cyber threats across an organization's endpoints.Advance Response and Containment: Provides technical analysis such as malware signatures, payload delivery methods and threat trend correlation to accelerate threat containment and breach triage. Continuous and Proactive Threat Hunting: Combines Trustwave's threat intelligence with big data analytics and machine learning to quickly detect and address cyberattacks. Forensic Investigations and Reverse Engineering: Uses forensic investigations and reverse engineer malware to identify elusive advanced persistent threats. Furthermore, the Fusion Center provides hybrid cyber range training and real-world threat simulation exercises, Trustwave indicated. It is backed by SpiderLabs' team of ethical hackers, advanced researchers, threat hunters and incident responders who will investigate cyber threats and escalate threat analysis as needed.The Fusion Center also provides on-premise and remote cybersecurity training curricula, according to Trustwave. It enables participants to earn certifications and accreditation in penetration testing, data forensics, incident response and other cybersecurity fields.
