1. Board of Directors - Arctic Wolf: The security operations platform provider has added two independent directors to its board. They are:
- Todd Ford, president, finance and operations at Coupa Softwareng; and
- Jill Putman, chief financial officer at Jamf Software.
The board expansion comes as Arctic Wolf prepares for a potential IPO sometime in 2022.
