WatchGuard Expands PSA Integrations and Unified Agent to Strengthen Security Operations for MSPs, MSSPs

WatchGuard Technologies is addressing that challenge with expanded Professional Services Automation (PSA) integrations and the launch of the new Unified WatchGuard Agent - two major steps toward simplifying how MSPs and MSSPs manage security at scale.

The latest updates to WatchGuard Cloud PSA bring native integrations with ConnectWise Manage, Autotask PSA, and soon HaloPSA. These integrations close the gap between security operations and business management systems, creating a connected, automated workflow from alert to invoice.

Instead of managing separate installations for each service, MSPs and MSSPs can now deploy and update a single modular agent that supports FireCloud, endpoint protection, patch management, encryption, and NDR collectors across Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS.
