The annual Top 250 MSSP survey is open! Every year MSSP Alert conducts this survey of MSSPs between the months of May and August, and now is your opportunity to participate in this year’s survey.

How Can My MSSP Get Ranked on the List?
To qualify to get ranked on the TOP 250 MSSP List for 2023, the first thing you must do is fill out the survey. The link to the survey is above. Please fill out all the required fields. We will keep your financial data confidential and only use it in aggregate and to complete our rankings.
How Do You Decide How Companies are Ranked?
Many individuals have reached out to us to ask how we create our list and what are the key factors that impact our rankings. Here’s a breakdown. Our resulting rankings are based on the following:
- Annual recurring revenues
- Profitability
- Business growth rate
- Cyber professional headcount
- Managed security services offered
- MSSP Alert’s editorial coverage of MSSPs worldwide, and
- Third-party industry honors (such as those conferred by Gartner, Forrester, IDC, etc.)
Our survey will remain open until August 18, 2023.
Once we close the survey, we will create a ranked list of the top 250 MSSPs in the world from the surveys submitted and other research that we have performed.
We will also produce a research report that looks at several key aspects of the business of being an MSSP. For instance, what technologies services do MSSPs offer, what types of security incidents have MSSPs mitigated for customers in the past year, and what vendors are most important in contributing to MSSP business success.
