Bell Cyber Launches Managed Security Service for Canadian SMBs

MSSP

Bell Cyber has introduced CyberShield Connect, a fully managed cybersecurity service designed for small and medium-sized businesses across Canada. Built on WatchGuard’s Unified Security Platform, the service aims to make advanced security capabilities more accessible for organizations that may not have the resources to manage complex cybersecurity environments internally.

Many smaller businesses face increasing cyber risk but struggle with the operational burden of deploying and maintaining multiple security tools. CyberShield Connect is positioned as a simplified alternative that bundles core security functions into a managed service. Instead of relying on internal IT teams to configure and operate security systems, businesses can offload those responsibilities while maintaining visibility into their environments.

The service combines cloud-managed security controls, automated deployment, and ongoing monitoring delivered through a security operations center. Businesses can onboard quickly through automated provisioning and zero-touch deployment, allowing protection to extend across single locations or distributed sites. Continuous monitoring and coordinated response capabilities are designed to help organizations detect and respond to threats without managing the process themselves.

Bell Cyber will operate the service through its Canadian-based managed security teams and national infrastructure. Monitoring and response will be handled within Canada, which may help organizations that need to meet local data-residency and privacy expectations. CyberShield Connect is now available through Bell Cyber’s managed services portfolio, with support offered to businesses across Canada.
