GoTo has integrated the SentinelOne Singularity Platform with LogMeIn Resolve, giving IT teams and MSPs a direct line to advanced endpoint detection and response (EDR) within their existing Resolve workflows. The goal is to bring threat monitoring, analysis, and remediation into the same console where teams already manage their endpoints. The move comes at a time when the cost and frequency of breaches keep climbing. By adding SentinelOne’s AI-driven detection to Resolve’s zero trust framework and patch management tools, GoTo is positioning the platform as both a remote management and security operations hub. It means MSPs and internal IT can layer proactive security directly into daily endpoint oversight without juggling multiple interfaces.Key features include unified detection of ransomware, zero-day exploits, and file-based threats, continuous endpoint monitoring, and the ability to respond to incidents in real time from within Resolve. Forensics capabilities have also been expanded, letting teams dig into logs, telemetry, and root cause data for deeper post-incident analysis. For MSPs, the integration offers a path to streamline service delivery. Security alerts, endpoint management, and remediation steps all flow through one dashboard, reducing response time and creating a more cohesive workflow for both preventative and reactive measures.
