GoSecure, a managed detection and response (MDR) services provider, has purchased cybersecurity and digital optimization company Covail. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.This is technology M&A deal number 791 that MSSP Alert and sister site ChannelE2E have covered so far in 2021.Covail will expand in the hopes of making Central Ohio a major U.S. cybersecurity operations center, CEO Matt Wald said. The company also will maintain its existing partnerships and explore new ones.
