Trustwave, a Top 100 MSSP, is working with information technology integrator Grupo Tecno to deliver cybersecurity technologies to enterprises and other institutions in Mexico and other Spanish-speaking countries in Latin America.
Grupo Techno will provide Trustwave security services, solutions and support via a new hybrid security operations center (SOC) comprised of Grupo Tecno and Trustwave security operations teams, the companies said. That way, Mexico and Latin America organizations can access a variety of Trustwave managed security services, including:
- Database security.
- Managed email.
- Proactive threat hunting.
- Security technology management.
- Threat detection and response.
In addition, Grupo Tecno provides organizations with the ability to engage with security teams via browser-based chat, the company noted. It also offers a dashboard for a centralized view of cyber threats, security vulnerabilities and perceived risks.
Trustwave Extends Reach into Channel Islands
The Grupo Tecno news comes after Trustwave in May 2019 partnered with Channel Islands and Isle of Man (CIIOM) telecommunications provider Sure.
Trustwave has deployed a platform within Sure's Channel Island data centers that analyzes and correlates customer data against known and unknown threats and monitors and identifies security incidents in real-time, according to the companies. It also delivers its managed security services to Sure customers via its global network of advanced security operations centers (ASOCs).
