Respond Software Adds MSSP, MSP, VAR Partners, Drives Channel Growth

Respond Software, a security operations center (SOC) software provider, has added 23 MSSP, MSP and value-added reseller (VAR) partners that reach more than 100 customers, the firm says. These partners are expected to help Respond drive enterprise adoption of its Respond Analyst vendor-agnostic eXtended Detection and Response (XDR) solution, according to a prepared statement.

Channel partners can use Respond Analyst to automate the discovery of security incidents, Respond stated. That way, channel partners can leverage the solution to connect disparate evidence across customer environments and determine the likelihood that security events are malicious and actionable.

In addition, Respond Analyst can help channel partners reduce false-positive alerts, Respond indicated. It also can be deployed in hours and used in combination with endpoint detection and response (EDR), vulnerability scanning and other security tools.

Respond's Channel Partner Program: What You Need to Know

Channel partners can join Respond's partner program to automate Level-1 security monitoring, the company noted. To date, several cybersecurity companies have joined the program, including:

Respond previously announced integrations with Palo Alto Networks, Demisto, Splunk Phantom and ServiceNow Security Operations. These integrations provide Respond partners with security orchestration, automation and response (SOAR) capabilities.

Furthermore, Respond added $20 million in Series B funding in 2019 and continues to explore ways to support channel partners.
