Coalfire, a cybersecurity assessment and advisory services company, has integrated Qualys vulnerability management and continuous monitoring capabilities into its Secure Cloud Automation Services (SCAS).

SCAS customers can leverage Qualys vulnerability management and continuous monitoring to analyze their IT environments and security posture and comply with data security mandates, the companies said. They also can work with Qualys to validate IT systems inventory and maintenance.

A Closer Look at SCAS

SCAS empowers organizations to deploy preconfigured cloud infrastructure that meets security and compliance requirements, Coalfire said. Furthermore, SCAS allows organizations to develop custom, automated processes and manage secure, compliant and audit-ready cloud environments.

In addition, Coalfire offers the following cloud services to complement SCAS:

  • Cloud Security Strategy and Maturity Assessment: Helps an organization assess the maturity of its cloud security program and identify ways to align program initiatives to its overall goals.
  • Cloud Security Risk Assessment: Allows an organization to analyze cloud risks and close security gaps.
  • Cloud Security Compliance: Enables an organization to work with cloud services providers (CSPs) to address its compliance concerns and questions.
  • Cloud Security Penetration Testing: Ensures an organization can identify risks across all of its devices.

Coalfire offers cyber risk management, advisory, technology and compliance services to help organizations prevent data breaches and theft. The company also has performed more than 1,500 penetration tests and 2,000 security assessments over the past two years.
