Enzoic Unveils Password Protection for Active Directory

Enzoic, a cybersecurity and fraud detection solutions provider, has launched the Enzoic for Active Directory password protection solution.

Enzoic for Active Directory helps organizations fulfill National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800-63b requirements for real-time blocking of unsafe Active Directory passwords, according to the company. It screens end users' passwords against a proprietary database of compromised credentials and provides continuous password monitoring.

Furthermore, Enzoic for Active Directory automatically triggers a response if an Active Directory password becomes vulnerable, the company said. In this instance, Enzoic for Active Directory also ensures system administrators can prompt a user to change his or her password upon the next login.

SecureNow!, Duo Security Introduce Active Directory Offerings

Enzoic is one of several cybersecurity companies to add an Active Directory offering to its portfolio.

SecureNow! in April integrated Azure Active Directory synchronization into its breach detection platform. Azure Active Directory synchronization enables managed service providers (MSPs) to use SecureNow!'s platform to automatically onboard their customers' employees for cybersecurity training.

Meanwhile, trusted access platform provider Duo Security previously added two-factor to its authentication product with Azure Active Directory. The integration allows Azure Active Directory Premium customers to secure Office 365 and other Microsoft cloud applications and leverage Duo's cloud identity and authentication platform to reduce the time and costs associated with managing directories, federation and authentication servers and other on-premises components, the company said.
