Abacus Group Expands Cybersecurity Services, Products

Gotham will operate as an independent subsidiary of Abacus, and its leadership team will remain intact. It bolsters Abacus' cybersecurity services and products and allows the business to operate as a "full-bodied managed security service provider," the companies said.

Furthermore, the Gotham and GoVanguard acquisitions enable Abacus to provide cybersecurity consulting, the companies indicated. They also provide Abacus with the ability to offer penetration testing, red teaming, tabletop exercises, risk and compliance gap assessments and threat hunting services to its global customers.
