Radware is expanding its U.S. presence by
bringing four new managed security service providers (MSSPs) into its partner ecosystem: Epcom World Industries, GLESEC, North Atlantic Networks, and Tech Pro. These providers will integrate Radware’s Cloud Application Protection Services into their managed offerings. North Atlantic Networks is also adding
Radware’s Cloud DDoS Protection Services to its stack.
This isn’t just about signing new logos - it’s about enabling MSSPs to move faster and deliver more focused, high-value security services without adding infrastructure or headcount. With cyberattacks getting more targeted and more automated, especially at the application layer, MSSPs are under pressure to expand protection without stretching their teams thin. Radware’s AppSec-as-a-Service platform is built to meet that moment.
“Radware's AppSec-as-a-Service platform is proving highly effective for MSSPs looking to stand out in competitive markets,”
John Eisenbarger, Radware’s vice president of carriers and service providers told MSSP Alert. “Its appeal stems from advanced, AI-driven application and API security capabilities, like sophisticated bot management, automated API protection, and zero-day WAF defenses, that address critical, complex threats beyond basic offerings.”
Solving for MSSP Pain Points
Traditional MSSP models often struggle to keep up with today’s threat landscape. Providers are juggling client demands for deeper protection while working around budget constraints, limited internal resources, and an increasingly complex patchwork of cloud and on-premise environments. Radware gives MSSPs an off-the-shelf platform that closes common gaps in protection - bot mitigation, API abuse, and SaaS-layer DDoS - while letting them monetize these services individually.
“We are seeing a lot of interest in our API security offering because of how SaaS-based apps rely on APIs,” Eisenbarger added. “The same with AI - since AI uses API calls constantly, there’s a growing need to secure those APIs, especially in compliance-heavy industries like financial services and healthcare.”
Instead of offering broad, bundled services with low differentiation, MSSPs can now launch targeted offerings that align with specific client risks and compliance needs. And because the platform is fully managed, partners can deploy quickly without long integration cycles or backend buildouts.
A Scalable, White-Labeled Platform
Radware’s approach is centered on flexibility. MSSPs can fully white-label the AppSec-as-a-Service platform, brand it as their own, and offer services that reflect the threat patterns and regulatory pressures their clients actually face. Whether it’s in healthcare, finance, pharma, nonprofit, or the public sector, the goal is to deliver outcomes that matter - resilient apps, fewer false positives, and less operational overhead.
“We like to think of it as providing ‘security expertise as a service,’” Eisenbarger explained. “MSSPs don’t have to build a big backend or hire a large team. We offer a fully managed AppSec platform that’s white-label ready and deployable in weeks, not months. We handle infrastructure, security updates, and threat intelligence, so MSSPs can focus on delivering outcomes.”
This flexibility also makes it easier for MSSPs to differentiate in a crowded market. While many still rely on legacy firewalls and basic monitoring, Radware’s partners can offer intelligent detection and mitigation capabilities tuned to modern attack surfaces, without having to build them from scratch.
Positioning for Growth in a Shifting Security Landscape
This move fits into a larger trend: service providers shifting away from hardware-dependent security models and toward cloud-delivered protection that’s easier to manage, update, and scale. As digital transformation accelerates and security teams face mounting pressure to do more with less, MSSPs that can deliver precise, responsive protection will have the edge.
By aligning its platform with real MSSP business needs - speed to market, low operational burden, and high-value services - Radware is positioning itself not just as a tech vendor, but as a true go-to-market partner.
With these latest partnerships, Radware is betting that a simplified, purpose-built AppSec model will help MSSPs move beyond check-the-box protection and deliver something clients actually trust: measurable, proactive defense without the complexity.
