Alert Logic Launches MDR Partner Program for MSPs

Alert Logic's Partner Connect program for managed detection and response (MDR) now features a tier for managed IT service providers (MSPs), the company says.

Partner Connect provides MSPs with access to security analysts who perform security operations center (SOC) and network operations center (NOC) monitoring and management, Alert Logic said. In addition, the program offers security consultations and tools that can be embedded into managed services and enable MSPs to assess their customers' security posture.

Furthermore, MSPs can use Partner Connect Managed Account Dashboards to analyze customer security data, Alert Logic noted. Partner Connect also offers an MSP partner portal that provides access to sales toolkits, marketing support, training, marketing campaigns and operational playbooks.

MDR Security Services: Market Forecast

The global MDR solutions market is projected to expand at a compound annual growth rate of 16.4 percent between 2020 and 2024, with revenues expected to reach $1.9 billion by 2024, industry analyst Frost & Sullivan stated. There have been at least 20 MDR M&A deals dating back to October 2017 as well.
