StratoZen Unveils SIEM, SOC As a Service Upgrades for MSPs, MSSPs

Share

StratoZen, a master MSSP that offers custom cybersecurity solutions for MSSPs and managed service providers (MSPs), has updated its security information and event management (SIEM) and security operations (SOC) services. The SIEMaaS and SOCaaS enhancements surfaced at the Fortinet Accelerate 18 network security conference in Las Vegas.

The upgrades include integrated vulnerability scanning without hardware or third-party licensing, the company said. They also include ZenScore, a proprietary algorithm that calculates a risk rating score for customers and monitored devices.

In addition, StratoZen has added a 3-minute service-level agreement (SLA) for notifications for high-severity security incidents, according to the company. These notifications can be integrated with ConnectWiseServiceNow and traditional email-to-ticket systems.

Introducing the ZenSight Interactive Report Portal

StratoZen also has unveiled ZenSight, an interactive report portal for the company's MSP and MSSP partners. ZenSight provides an interactive report dashboard for StratoZen partners and board-level reports for their customers.

The ZenSight dashboard enables StratoZen partners to identify devices with the highest risk among all customers, the company indicated. Plus, ZenSight's board-level reports highlight a customer's security posture and help partners identify improvement areas.

StratoZen's integrated vulnerability scanning, ZenScore and ZenSight offerings are currently in the final stages of beta testing. The company plans to roll out the new services and enhancements to all partners during the second quarter.

What Is StratoZen?

StratoZen was founded in 2004 and offers cloud-delivered SIEMaaS, SOCaaS, endpoint and data protection solutions and a proprietary worldwide active threat feed. The company also provides custom implementation and management services for Fortinet Security Fabric products and compliance solutions.

Meanwhile, StratoZen is one of several master MSSPs that partner with MSSPs and MSPs.

Carvir, for example, was a Top 100 MSSP for 2017 and continues to make strides with MSSP and MSP partners. The company last month started offering Cyren Internet security products to its MSP and IT service provider (ITSP) partners. Furthermore, more than 500 MSP partners have already provided Carvir's SentinelOne endpoint security solution to over 2,000 businesses, the company indicated.
