4. Adidas Data Breach: The sneaker giant on June 26 discovered an adidas.com/US data breach. The data includes contact information, usernames and encrypted passwords -- but credit card and fitness information for  impacted consumers was not breached, the company believes.

3. Survey Data Breach: Barcelona-based online survey and form building service Typeform on June 27 became aware of a server breach. Details are here.

2. First Responder Data Breach:  A data breach at a federally funded active shooter training center has exposed the personal data of thousands of US law enforcement officials, ZDNet reported.

1. Security Ratings: FICO is offering free subscriptions to FICO Enterprise Security Score Portrait, the company's cybersecurity ratings service.
